"Felt ignored and a little uneasy"
I went into the store hoping to get some help, but I felt ignored the whole time. No one really seemed interested in answering my questions, and the vibe just made me wonder if there were going to be extra fees or charges they weren’t being upfront about. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I ordered from smashitsports.com the whole thing felt off. The packaging looked weird, and a few details didn’t match up with what I’ve seen on the real deal before. Maybe I’m wrong, but it gave me fake-item vibes. Customer service was no help either, just useless runaround stuff that didn’t clear anything up. Not dealing with these clowns again.

Using this site was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Pages kept loading in this weird, awkward way, and by the time I got to checkout, I felt like I was trying to solve a mystery instead of just buy something. I was so annoyed

"Delivery turned into a headache"
I ordered from smashitsports.com thinking it would arrive before my games, and at the time I was already a little stressed trying to get everything ready. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and there were barely any updates, which just made it more frustrating.
The tracking sat there without moving for days, so I kept having to check it myself. When I reached out to customer service, the replies were short and didn’t really tell me when I could actually expect the package.
It did finally show up, just way later than I needed it to. The product itself was fine, but I wouldn’t order again if I had to have something by a certain date

I tried placing a team order through smashitsports.com, i regret not looking into other options first. The sales support was disappointing from the start, with replies taking way too long and barely answering what I actually asked.
I kept having to repeat myself, and even then I got different answers depending on who replied. It made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be, especially when I was just trying to get everything squared away for the team.
Maybe their regular orders are fine, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t use them again for team sales. There was just too much back and forth, and I wish I had saved myself the hassle.

I ordered from smashitsports.com and, to be fair, the product turned out fine once it finally arrived. The issue was everything that happened after I placed the order, because I really didn’t get much communication unless I went looking for it myself.
I ended up having to reach out more than once just to figure out what was going on, and the replies I got were vague. When the shipping info didn’t come through when I expected it to, I felt like I had to escalate the complaint a bit just to get a clearer answer, which shouldn’t really be necessary after you’ve already paid.
It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it was definitely frustrating. They need to do a much better job keeping customers updated instead of making people chase them down for basic order and shipping information.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I ordered a shirt in my usual size, but the fit was way off. It was super tight in the chest and the sleeves were shorter than expected, almost like the wrong size tag was sewn on. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so it was frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews first because it seems like sizing might be an issue. Maybe some of their gear is fine, but I wouldn’t buy apparel from here again.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I was trying to buy a bat, and the whole checkout thing was just slower than it needed to be. Some of it was a little confusing, and at one point my cart did this weird update wrong, so I had to put in my info again. The payment went through eventually, so it worked out, but that part took way longer than it should have. Not terrible or anything, just annoying enough that I almost backed out.

The terms weren’t really clear, and when I reached out for help, it felt like no one was actually listening to what I was asking. I reached out to Smash It Sports about a warranty issue, and the whole process was disappointing. The replies took a while, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. Even then, I never really got a clear answer. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get help with a product problem, especially when the small details matter.

"Custom Print Was a Bit Disappointing"
I ordered a customized item the quality wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. The print looked a little off center and not as sharp as I expected, well, not terrible, but definitely not as clean as it should’ve been for the price. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally unhappy with it, but I did expect the custom work to look a lot better. Shipping was fine, just a little let down by the final product...

I had a promo code applied, but the discount suddenly vanished when I got to checkout. That just doesn’t feel right, if a deal is offered, it should be honored. I ended up not buying, i’m not sure I’d try again

My order from Smash It Sports arrived in a box that looked like it had been through a lot. The corners were ripped up, it was crushed in spots, and there was barely any padding inside. Luckily the item itself was fine, but seriously, give me a break, after paying for shipping, I expected it to be packed with a little more care

I’ve ordered a few times because the loyalty points program made it sound like the rewards would actually be worth sticking around for. it feels like another one of those broken promises. The points add up way too slowly, and when you finally look at the rewards, it’s confusing and not that exciting. I did reach out to support and they replied, but it didn’t really clear anything up or help much. The site itself is fine, but the loyalty program is disappointing.
